Bathroom Water Damage

This customer called SERVPRO out to their home with 3/4" of water throughout their basement. They were unsure of what caused the flooding and asked us to assess. SERVPRO called out a plumber to fix the leak immediately so no further damage would occur. Once the leak was fixed, our crews extracted the water and set our equipment to begin the drying process. Luckily the floors were able to be dried and salvaged. Our customer was impressed with the quickness of the process and was happy that his floors were able to be saved.
