We had absolutely no idea how incredibly damaging water can be, until we experienced a ruptured hose bib, as a result of a faulty part. Luckily for us, we had invited one of our neighbors (a former SERVPRO Franchise Owner) to our home for dinner the night of the event. He suggested we call SERVPRO for our water mitigation and it was the best call we could have made. From our first phone call to the completion of the task, we dealt with consummate professionals, who were there for us every step of the way. From our first visit to our last, the team treated us with empathy and respect, explaining every step of the process and why it was necessary. One or more members of the team came by daily to monitor the drying process. They were prompt, courteous, and never stayed longer than was necessary to do their job. My customer service bar is set high, in fact, nearly impossible to achieve by most, but not SERVPRO! Heartfelt thanks to Denver, Trent, Caleb, Junior, Jake, and Layton!! You are all amazing!!
These guys were amazing - we came home to a flooded house on New Year's day - they were out an hour later cleaning up the mess. We had downed ceilings and a lot of water damage on hardwood floors, tile, baseboards, and walls. They were very professional and clean - did only what was necessary. My interior designer has since recommended them to a client of hers that had fire damage because she saw what care they had taken with our home. The team who helped us was Trent, George, Junior, Jake, Marcos, Eric, Denver, and Nate. I highly recommend SERVPRO.
Denver genuinely cared that I was heard and was thorough in his remediation efforts. My fears were eased, and I am now confident that our home will return to as good as new. If we run into an issue in the future, we will rely on SERVPRO, and I will ask for Denver specifically.
Eric Kirby and his team (Marcos and Nate) turned a catastrophic event (burst water pipe clean-up) into a tolerable experience with their professionalism, reliability and good information exchange. They were efficient doing what they needed to do on a daily basis and were very accommodating in working with my schedule. Most important, they kept me informed of what they were doing, why they were doing it and expected results. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to family and friends.
We had the pleasure and benefit of having Eric Kirby and Marcos Delgado to fix our unfortunate issue of water in our crawl space. We appreciate so much the responsiveness and punctuality each time they came to our home. I really appreciate them calling me daily before coming telling me when they were coming so I was able to plan my day. Both Eric and Marcos were very friendly and professional. Our dog “loved” them and looked forward to their daily visits ??. I would recommend SERVPRO with these 2 great employees.

Awesome experience! Our house flooded and they came to our house within a few hours of contacting them. The crew was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process. I highly recommend SERVPRO for any disaster cleanup and restoration.
Mike and Denver were exceptional! We had a water leak that saturated drywall and carpet in our home. They explained the process and detail of clean-up and remediation and were very upfront and communicative. I strongly recommend calling SERVPRO first.
Layton, Denver, and Michael made a terrible situation bearable. Michael and Denver kept us laughing and really helped with the emotional side of everything. I was ready to cry so many times and I never did solely because of these wonderful men. It felt like family friends came over to help us out.
Had water damage from previous owner and couldn't install our new French doors. After investigation, it turned out to be a bigger issue. Our Insurance suggested SERVPRO. Ashley showed up and saved the day! (She is VERY good at what she does). She put together a bid and worked with our insurance agency to get a quick approval. Steve ran the site by juggling all of the contractors out to Mountain Home to work on our house. We now have the French doors installed and are very pleased with all the work that was done on our house.
I would suggest SERVPRO to anybody and will use them again if I need to (for the sake of insurance, I hope we don't).
It was nice meeting you today. We had a great experience with SERVPRO this summer. While selling our house, the buyer’s home inspector found a bit of water in the crawl space. Being pretty unscrupulous, he told the buyers that they HAD to have some Ness guy look at it. Ness immediately said our 15-year-old house on a hill in a desert state needed a sump pump, which Ness conveniently could sell us. I called a friend in the insurance business for the names of REPUTABLE companies, and SERVPRO was one. We worked with Andrew, who came out and spent far more time looking than the home inspector did, told us there really wasn’t a problem, but at our request provided a quote for cleanup—but ONLY because we asked, as you guys aren’t in the habit of selling customers things they don’t need. Unfortunately, our first time home-buyers were quite gullible, so they insisted on the Ness option, but since their home inspector missed some very obvious things we had assumed would be included in the sale, we finally agreed. Andrew even provided us the information about industry standards to try to help us.
We had to go with the dishonest people for that particular transaction, but I know who we’ll call when we actually have a legitimate problem.

Thank you for the outstanding young man Junior, who completed the service to our damaged kitchen. The water ruined our floor and I was distressed to the max. Junior was cool, calm and collected, and assured me all would be well. He came three days in a row, always on time, courteous and professional. Again thank you. Good workers are hard to find. I was out of town when my wife called me about a leak and she said SERVPRO was on their way to help. Justin took time to be a person first, and was able to assure my wife that SERVPRO would take care of the damage. Justin took the time to answer every question and explain their process step-by-step. It's hard working out of state when things go wrong! But let me tell you, you guys will be the first people we call if anything ever happens again. Thank you so much for all of your support!

I was awakened at 4:30am by the sound of water in our home. My insurance company had me call SERVPRO. I don’t wish this type of predicament on anyone, but if it happens you couldn’t ask for a better crew than the SERVPRO guys. They are cordial, understanding, trustworthy and hard working. They called before they arrived and were always on time. I offer our thanks to SERVPRO for their diligent work and to Operations Manager, Peter for his advice and counsel.
My roommate woke up stepping out of his bed into an inch of standing water on the ground. The leak was coming through the rooms on the other side and slowly started to take over. It was a slow leak but it was a lot of water. So I called my insurance agent and he said to call SERVPRO. You guys came out within a half hour and kept working until midnight, what a relief! They were super nice and walked me through the entire process. They gave us a clean slate to start with, that was the best part.
I arrived home to a waterfall and a geyser. I couldn’t hardly open the garage door to come into the laundry room because there was probably a foot of water on the ground. Water was spraying on the ceiling and so I called the plumber and he came and shut off the water. I asked him who I should call to clean it up and he said, “We use SERVPRO. They were all so polite, I couldn’t ask for better service. Heaven forbid anything like this happens again, I would definitely call SERVPRO.
We got a phone call from our son and he said, “Mom there’s water leaking through the wood floor." We’ve used SERVPRO before so when our insurance guy asked who we wanted to deal with we said, “Yeah, call SERVPRO." Everything they did was on target and clean. They took care of the whole mess. They even took time to wipe down the wood floor where they had been walking through the water damage. They did everything that said they would, and within less time than they said they would.
